Yes. The codes are generated in your browser, contain only the data you enter, and never expire because they do not rely on a redirect service.
Which format should I download for print?
Use SVG for print and large formats because it scales without losing sharpness. PNG is fine for screens and documents.
Should I add UTM parameters to a QR code link?
Yes. Tag the URL with a source such as qr_code and a medium such as offline or print, and give each placement its own utm_content so you can see which poster or flyer gets scanned.
