Scattered spreadsheets
Links live in personal sheets, chat threads and slide decks. Nobody has the whole picture.
Manage UTM links, organize marketing campaigns, enforce naming conventions, and collaborate with your team — all on your own infrastructure.
BestUTM Manager is not released yet. Nothing here can be installed or purchased today.
Building one tagged URL is easy. Keeping hundreds of them consistent across people, channels and months is not.
Links live in personal sheets, chat threads and slide decks. Nobody has the whole picture.
Facebook, facebook and fb split one channel into three rows in
your reports.
The same destination gets tagged again and again, with slightly different parameters each time.
No shared source of truth for who created what, for which campaign, or whether it was reviewed.
This is the intended scope. The feature set is not final and may change as we learn from early-access feedback.
Group links by campaign with owners, status and dates, so each initiative has one home.
A searchable, shared library of every tagged URL instead of files scattered across drives.
Define allowed sources, mediums and formats once, and validate links against them.
Reusable parameter sets for recurring channels such as email, paid social or partners.
Generate many tagged links at once from a destination list and a set of channels.
Separate brands, clients or departments with their own rules and libraries.
Shared access with roles, so marketers build links and owners keep the standards.
Bring in your existing spreadsheets and export clean data whenever you need it.
Support parameters beyond the five standard UTMs when your reporting needs them.
Some teams can’t or don’t want to put campaign plans, client names and internal conventions into yet another third-party SaaS. BestUTM Manager is being designed for them.
Deploy the application on infrastructure you manage.
Set up workspaces, campaigns, templates and naming conventions.
Build, validate, search and export links as a team.
Join the list to hear about progress and help shape what gets built first. Registering doesn’t buy or reserve anything, and it isn’t a commitment on either side.
No. It is in development and has not been released. The early-access list is how we’ll get in touch about progress.
The plan is a self-hosted application you run on your own server or infrastructure. Exact packaging and requirements aren’t finalised.
Pricing and licensing haven’t been decided or announced, and there is nothing to purchase yet. We don’t have a release date to share.
Since it is designed to run on your infrastructure, your campaign data is stored wherever you choose to run it, not on BestUTM servers.
Not finalised. Tell us your environment in the form above so it can inform what we support.
The planned scope is listed under features above: campaigns, a shared link library, naming rules, templates, bulk building, workspaces, collaboration, CSV import/export and custom parameters. It may change.
No. The free UTM builder and tools remain free and available as they are.
